Our Team
Kurt C. Guth
CISA, Corporate Officer

Kurt is an Enrolled Agent (EA). He is our lead Accountant, a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and oversees the overall operation of the company as the President, Board Member, and Corporate Officer. Kurt oversees our Accounting Department, the completion of complex corporate and individual tax returns, IRS issue resolution, Offers in Compromise, IRS audits, tax planning projects, and QuickBooks consultation. He is also an investment advisor representative and a licensed property and casualty agent.
Prior to American Tax Service, Kurt was a certified information systems auditor for a Fortune 200 company in Minnesota.

Elizabeth Berry
Office Manager

Beth joined our firm in 2010 to oversee business operations year-round as our Office Manager. She is responsible for recruiting, hiring, marketing, training, accounts receivable, and client services. During the tax season, she meets with clients, and prepares and reviews returns.

Sandra Garcia
Administrative Assistant

Sandra joined our team in 2013. Her responsibilities include managing the day-to-day functions of our front desk and acting as a liaison between our clients and practitioners. She also prepares taxes and assists with project resolution. She is fluent in Spanish and English and is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent.

Maggie Diehl
Accounting Manager

Maggie joined our team as an Accounting Specialist in 2015. She is now our Accounting Manager and oversees the department. Her primary responsibility is to take a lead role in administering payroll services, bank reconciliations, depositories, and financial reports for our firm and business clients.

Tiffany Sieve

Tiffany joined our team in 2024 to provide year-round individual and corporate tax preparation and planning. She also serves as the liaison between our clients and Kurt, who is our lead accountant & tax practitioner.

January-April 15th Monday-Friday 9AM - 8PM, Saturdays 9AM-6PM
After-Season Hours:
Monday-Thursday 9AM-5PM
